LIVING MY DREAM

I was born and raised in American Fork, Utah later married Michael Vicchrilli in 1975. Together, we have had two children who have given us six grandchildren and a great grandson.

In my early years, I would draw little smiley faces on my homework which I called “little Freddys” which basically looked like three-leaf clovers with big eyes, big noses, and big smiles. While raising my family, I enjoyed sketching, chalking, acrylic painting, and watercoloring–but oil painting was always my favorite. I finally was persuaded by my friends and family to finally pursue my dream in art in 2014.

Stephen Stauffer helped me to pursue my love for oil painting and arranged for me to take oil painting classes with David Dean. Afterward, I have taken 5 Summer Snow classes over 4 years.

One of my favorite traditions is to draw and paint my own Christmas cards. Each year, my family and friends look forward to my unique cards… if they do not receive one, I am sure to hear about it! I have also begun posting these Christmas cards on Facebook. In my home, my art studio began in a small room in our home in Lehi, but I quickly outgrew it, and we soon began the construction of our new home with a large studio in the basement: located in Mount Pleasant. Since then, you could find me about every day painting away in that studio. I was excited to finally have more space for my art than just the walls of my home.

I love this beautiful valley and the beauty it withholds.

I call this: Living My Dream and I want to very much continue that dream.
